Alan Oxley, new County Councillor for Iver

Liberal Democrat Alan Oxley has been elected to Bucks County Council representing the Iver division. Liberal Democrats gained two seats on the Council, raising their numbers from 9 to 11. The Council remains dominated by 44 Conservative councillors.

Alan Oxley already represents the Iver West and Wexham ward on South Bucks District Council so he now becomes a "two-hatted member" ie he represents his local area at two levels of local government.
